- Chill. Refrigerate for up to an hour before serving. The colder it is the better it tastes!
- Serve. Drizzle dressing over fruit salad and garnish with toasted nuts, seeds and granola or drizzle over fruit salad and toss to coat the fruit.
The recipe is a versatile one. Feel free to substitute strawberries, raspberries, or another favorite fruit for the banana. My mom always used to splash a little OJ on her fruit salads which gives it an extra delicious fresh taste, so that’s where I got the idea to add orange juice to the mix.
