- 1 fistful of baby kale (you can use Swiss chard, spinach, or power greens)
- 1-1/2 cups pineapple, peeled and cut into cubes
- ½ inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- Water or coconut water for desired consistency
- 1 fistful of ice
Instructions
- Rinse baby kale.
- Peel and chop pineapple.
- Peel and grate (or mince) ginger.
- Add the kale, pineapple, ginger, water and ice cubes to a good blender or a NutriBullet and blend well.
- Pour into mason jars and refrigerate.
