  • Organic avocados (I use Haas avocados)
  • Lemon juice
  • Onion powder
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (optional)

  • Salt to taste

How to Make Avocado Mayo

This avocado spread recipe comes together in about 5 minutes start-to-finish.  It’s great to slather on bread or toast for sandwiches, in wraps, or use instead of regular mayo to make egg salad or chicken salad with. Or simply use it as an avocado dip and serve with veggies, crackers or chips.

  1. Remove pit and peel from avocados.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to the blender or food processor and blend until you reach your desired creamy texture.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator where it will last 2-3 days.
