Blueberry Ice Cubes Recipe
We use fresh blueberries for to make pureed fruit for this recipe, but frozen berries will work just as well.
- Organic blueberries
- Water
- Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Clover honey

How To Make Blueberry Juice Ice Cubes
Making fruit puree is quick and easy (taking about 5 minutes), but then freezing the puree into ice cubes will take 3-4 hours (or overnight).
- Blend all of the ingredients in a blender.
- Pour into ice cube trays.
- Freeze until solid (3-4 hours or overnight).
Serving Suggestions
- Water. Add them to water to make infused blueberry water.
- Lemonade. Add these blueberry ice cubes to a glass pitcher then fill it with fresh squeezed lemonade.
- Iced Tea. Add them to green iced tea to make infused blueberry iced tea.
- Smoothies. Add them to smoothies instead of plain water ice cubes for added flavor.
