As these Ginger Ice Cubes slowly melt in a tall glass of plain water (or sparkling water), they add a delicious pop of ginger flavor.   And I love to have these ginger ice cubes stashed in my freezer during cold and flu season so I can conveniently make up a quick cup of  ginger tea.  All you do is heat a cup of water in a saucepan and pop in 1-2 ginger ice cubes and heat through until melted.  Stir in honey and lemon to taste and enjoy!
