Anti-inflammatory Ginger Ice Cubes
This Anti-inflammatory Ginger Ice Cubes recipe is made with fresh ginger root and water. Fresh ginger ice cubes are great to use for making ginger tea, flaored water or you can also add them to iced tea and smoothies.
It’s easy to make ginger water and ginger tea with these ice cubes. Just add the frozen ginger cubes to a tall glass of water or a cup of hot water to make a quick ginger tea. You can also toss these ice cubes in homemade soups, stews and smoothies for a pop of flavor.

As these cubes slowly melt in a tall glass of plain water (or sparkling water), they add a delicious pop of flavor. And I love to have them stashed in my freezer during cold and flu season so I can conveniently make up a quick cup of ginger tea. All you do is heat a cup of water in a saucepan and pop in 1-2 ginger ice cubes and heat through until melted. Stir in honey and lemon to taste and enjoy!

How to Make Ginger Ice Cubes

- Pour into ice cube trays.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
- When frozen, pop cubes out of tray and store in freezer bag.
