Mango smoothies are quick and easy to make and they will leave you feeling full and satisfied. They make a great morning smoothie, post workout smoothie or a healthy afternoon snack.
We love everything about this Mango Smoothie. It has a great combo of flavors and we love the added turmeric (which you can’t even taste) for the extra benefits.
Pineapple Mango Smoothie Recipe
We add a little oat milk to this smoothie, but if you want a pineapple mango smoothie with no milk, then just omit the oat milk and add 1/2 cup more pineapple juice to the mix.
- Mango. We use frozen mango for this recipe.
- Pineapple. Use unsweetened pineapple juice for this smoothie.
- Banana. We use frozen bananas for this smoothie because frozen bananas also make a colder, richer and creamier smoothie rather than room temperature bananas.
- Milk. We use unsweetened oat milk for this recipe, but feel free to use whatever unsweetened milk you like. Oat milk is naturally free from lactose, soy and nuts.
- Lime Juice. Just a little lime juice makes all the flavors pop in this smoothie.
- Turmeric. We add powdered turmeric to this smoothie for the added benefits. You can’t taste the turmeric at all in this smoothie.

Variations
- Omit the oat milk and increase the pineapple juice by 1/2 cup.
- Add 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger.
- Use orange juice instead of pineapple juice.
How To Make Mango Smoothies
- Measure. Measure out all of the ingredients and add them to a blender.
- Blend. Blend until smooth. If it’s too thick to blend, stop the blender, remove the lid and stir the ingredients with a wooden spoon or spatula to break things up. Add a little more pineapple juice for a thinner consistency if you like and blend until smooth.
How Long Will It Last?
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day, or pour into an ice cube tray and freeze. Transfer the frozen smoothie cubes to an airtight container or freezer bag (marking the date on the bag) and freeze for up to 6 months. Add the frozen smoothie cubes to smoothies.
How To Freeze Bananas For Smoothies
- Peel the bananas. Peel ripe bananas and discard the peel.
- Slice bananas. Slice bananas into in 1/2 – 1-1/2 inch pieces (they don’t have to be perfectly sized).
- Cookie sheet. Lay the banana slices in a single layer on a cookie sheet (you can lay down a piece of parchment paper first if you want).
- Freeze. Put the cookie sheet with the banana slices in the freezer for 2o minutes.
- Loosen banana slices. After 20 minutes lift the banana pieces up from the baking sheet with a spatula so they won’t stick during the remaining freeze time. Then pop them back in the freezer to freeze for about 2 hours.
- Transfer to freezer bags. Use a spatula to loosen the frozen banana slices from the cookie sheet and transfer them to a plastic freezer bag.
- Store in freezer. Store in an air-tight container or bag in the freezer for up to 6 month
