It’s fresh and bright with a bit of gingery warmth and it’s loaded with nutritional perks.
Lemon Tahini Dressing is delicious and creamy and goes with just about any salad you’ll want to toss it with, whether it’s leafy greens, bean or quinoa. It’s not quite as thick as some tahini dressings (which is how we personally like it), but if you want a thicker dressing just add more tahini.
Lemon Tahini Dressing Recipe
- Tahini. Tahini adds a delicious sesame flavor and creaminess to this dressing.
- Honey. We sweeten this dressing with honey, but you could use pure maple syrup if you like.
- Lemon Juice. Fresh squeezed lemon juice adds a lot flavor to this dressing.
- Olive Oil. We use extra-virgin olive oil for this recipe.
- Ginger. Fresh ginger adds a nice pop of flavor to this dressing.
- Seasoning. We add just a little sea salt and black pepper for seasoning this dressing.
