Orange Teriyaki Glazed Salmon is one of those easy recipes made with simple ingredients that yields a elegant dish with an incredible depth of flavor.

This simple marinade has an incredible combo of flavors. Fresh and light, slightly sweet and savory.  After the salmon has marinated for awhile, the marinade is then simmered on the stove until it’s reduced into a  wonderfully aromatic glaze that you’ll brush on the salmon as it cooks. You can bake this salmon in the oven anytime or grill it on your barbecue for a quintessential summer dish.

How To Make Orange Teriyaki Glazed Salmon

This Orange Teriyaki Glazed Salmon is one of my favorite salmon recipes.  It’s probably the easiest and tastiest salmon you’ll ever make.  Just serve with steamed vegetables, jasmine rice and a large salad for a perfect healthy meal.

  1. In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, orange juice, honey, olive oil, garlic and ginger.
  2. Place the salmon in a large resealable plastic bag.
  3. Pour the marinade over the salmon. Seal the bag, and toss and turn to coat the fish.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Place the salmon on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Brush the reduced glaze on the salmon while it bakes.
  8. Alternative cooking method: Lightly oil a barbecue grill grate. Place salmon on the preheated grill, and cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
