Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

The ingredients in this are few. You’ll need coconut butter, unsweetened peanut butter, raw cacao powder, a wee bit of pure maple syrup and pure vanilla extract. You can add some nuts if you like – but I made this batch without.  If you want your fudge to be tall (like in these photos) you’ll want to double the batch.  This recipe makes the most incredible rich and creamy vegan fudge.

  • 2 cups coconut butter, melted
  • 2 cups natural unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt
