I couldn’t wait to share this peanut butter fudge recipe with you guys!! If you love peanut butter and chocolate – you’re going to love this fudge. It’s rich, creamy and melts in your mouth.
The ingredients in this are few. You’ll need coconut butter, unsweetened peanut butter, raw cacao powder, a wee bit of pure maple syrup and pure vanilla extract. You can add some nuts if you like – but I made this batch without. If you want your fudge to be tall (like in these photos) you’ll want to double the batch. This recipe makes the most incredible rich and creamy vegan fudge.

- Coconut butter
- Unsweetened peanut butter
- Raw cacao powder
- Pure maple syrup
- Pure vanilla extract
- Sea salt

How To Make Peanut Butter Fudge
It only takes about 10 minutes to make this recipe, then it needs to set in the refrigerator for about an hour before cutting.
- Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor.
- Pour into a 8 x 8 cake pan with a removable bottom (no need to grease the pan).
- Place in the refrigerator uncovered for an hour or more to set.
- Using a knife, slice along the sides of the pan, then gently lift the bottom of the pan through the sides.
- Slice the fudge into desired size squares.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator where it can last up to 1 week.

- 2 cups natural unsweetened peanut butter
- 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor.
